I intend to share posts about the things in my life that teach me the most including :
- books I have read, or ones I am reading, and what I am learning from them (and recommendations to that end) – anything from self-development to spiritual and business inspiration.
- my quest for balancing all four quadrants in my life: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual
- a journey along living an alcohol-free life
- living in New Zealand, motherhood and relationships
- running a small business
- my love of nature, and sunrises and the beautiful pictures I capture along the way.
